Qualification Description
This qualification reflects the role of individuals who apply specialised knowledge and skills, together with experience in leadership and management, across a range of enterprise and industry contexts.
Individuals at this level use initiative and judgement to plan and implement a range of leadership and management functions, with accountability for personal and team outcomes within broad parameters.
They use cognitive and communication skills to identify, analyse and synthesise information from a variety of sources and transfer their knowledge to others, and creative or conceptual skills to express ideas and perspectives or respond to complex problems.

Age Requirements
All students must be aged 18 years of age or over at the time of applying for admission in the College.
Minimum Academic Requirements
Minimum English requirements
- IELTS (Academic): a minimum overall band of 5.5 (with no individual band below 5.0
- Pearson Test of English (Academic): minimum score of 46 (with no band less than 42)
- Cambridge English: Advanced (CAE) score of 47
- Occupational English Test (OET) score of PASS
- TOEFL Internet Based Test (IBT) score of 62
If the student meets Minimum English requirements, language and literacy and numeracy requirements for this course are met.

Cancellation Policy
We are unable to refund students who do not turn up for first aid classes or decide later after booking that they do not want to attend. Changes to class times are allowed, but not within 72 hours of the class commencing.
